Prequalification of Bidders: to ensure that all prospective bidders have adquate financial resources, personnel, reputation, and experience to successfully accomplish the project, bidders shall provide such information upon request.

Prior to downloading plans/specs, please fill out the "request for plans" form in order to be included on the Plan Holders List and Bid Tab; and if necessary to provide pre-qualification information.

Keep in mind that use of the plans/specifications is with our permission; any sheets/pages that are printed out are for your use only and are not to be provided to any other party.  The plans/specs are for that specific project and are not to be used in connection with any other project.
